Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were cozy and there was a hot tub option available at no extra charge, I was disappointed that mine didn't have one. The service was hit and miss, as some staff were overly friendly while others seemed to be bothered by us. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Frankenmuth and Birch Run, but the dining options were limited. The hotel facilities were decent overall.
The hotel rooms were cozy and comfortable, although there were cleanliness issues with bugs. The staff was friendly and responsive but acknowledged the insect problem. The location was convenient with some minor drawbacks like cleanliness concerns in certain areas. The dining options were decent but could have offered more variety. Overall, a mixed experience with elements of comfort and friendliness tempered by cleanliness issues.
The hotel had really spacious and clean rooms, with a great bed and amenities. However, our room wasn't cleaned before noon. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including Andre, making our stay in Michigan very pleasant. The location was convenient for exploring Saginaw, Frankenmuth, and Birch Run, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience offered a fantastic selection and seating, serving one of the best breakfasts I've had at a budget hotel. The pool was pristine and inviting for relaxation.
